Hirokazu Kanazawa (10 Dan Black Belt) is president and chief instructor SKIF and the first karateka to have won the notorious All Japan karate Championship. In 1977, Hirokazu Kanazawa (10 Dan) founded the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKIF). SKIF Ghana is affiliated with SKIF Japan with the goal of growing and developing Shotokan karate in Ghana.
